Understanding treatment costs and options
Our clinic and procedural charges are determined by the complexity, time spent and materials used.
To assist your financial planning, we will give you an outline of treatment options and cost at your examination appointment.
Quotes for dental work over the phone prior to your initial appointment are an estimate or guide only and may change after your detailed assessment has been completed by one of our Dentist.
HICAPS is available with links to most health funds
If you have health fund cover – HICAPS is available with links to most health funds. This allows the health fund portion of your account to be processed on the spot using your health fund card.
For children aged 4-15 years who are treated by our Oral Health Therapist or Dental Therapist we accept your health fund rebate as the total payment for all routine dental work.
For more complex procedures or if your health fund limit has been reached, there could be an out of pocket expense for your child’s treatment. If you are not in a health fund and your child is treated by one of our Therapist’s we charge at a reduced children’s fee.

We offer flexible payment options
At our clinic, we ensure that payment for treatments is straightforward and convenient. Payment is expected on the day of your treatment, with the option for early payment in the case of more significant procedures. We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash, and cheque.
We offer Zip pay for balances up to $1000 and Zip money for amounts exceeding $1000, providing you with more flexibility. We encourage you to speak with one of our friendly staff members for more information on these options.
Child Dental Benefit Scheme
The Government offer up to $1000 for certain dental treatments over a two year period for eligible children aged between 2 – 17 years.
Please contact us to see if your child is eligible to receive this free dental treatment
Veteran Affairs Patients
We value treating our veteran patients, ensuring that they are given appointment times that are suitable to their lifestyle and medical requirements. When possible, we offer local veteran patients a lift home after their treatment if required.
We are happy to accept the Veterans’ Department cheque as total payment for treatment.
Cancellations & missed appointment policy
Because our business relies on reserved appointments, and we have dedicated our resources exclusively for you we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need urgent treatment or is on our waiting list. We will be understanding if there is a real emergency at your end resulting in your missed appointment, however for any other missed appointments or last minute cancellations with less than 48 hours notice there will be a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is $200 for ½ hour appointments and $300 for 1 hour appointments.
Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide you. We will always try to contact you two days before your appointment as a reminder.
We thank you for your understanding and consideration.
